Role of Finance Department.
Finance Department shall deal with financial affairs of the Council including budgeting, accounting, auditing, billing, pension, gratuity, PPF, etc. The affairs of the department shall be managed by a departmental Committee with finance Secretary as the member secretary of the Committee along with manpower posted from time to time.
